Innovative or Stupid?

Today I didn't have any shirts to wear. Or actually, I had a lot of shirts to wear, but didn't want to.

So instead I put a skirt on upside-down and tied the skirt part behind my neck.

Sometimes I don't even know what I'm thinking.
